Implementation Team
Overseeing and and attending to the key functions of implementing and improving interventions of a multi-level system of reintegration supports. The team continues to develop and sustain the capacity to ensure positive outcomes for justice-involved youth and consolidates relevant data is presentable and useful for the project and for future implementation teams.
Research Advisory Board
The Research Advisory Board ensures T3 is aligned with, reflects, and informs the best national thinking about supporting justice-involved youth so they can thrive. They provide guidance and strategic advice related to the T3 project’s implementation, evaluation, and sustainability and provide thorough review of documents, tools, materials, and resources.
Comprehensive Care Coordinators
The comprehensive care coordinators re-conceptualize re-entry as beginning with incarceration “exit at entry” by implementing evidence-based support through a comprehensive care coordination model with individualized re-entry plans addressing education, mental health/ trauma, family and peers, employment, transportation, housing, and other needs.
State Leadership Teams
The State Leadership Team supports T3 efforts by ensuring information is shared between all involved organization, that grant activity fulfills set goals, and prepares budget to sustain successful grant activities.
