What is T3?
T3 is a five-year, cross-agency initiative in Wisconsin. State agencies in corrections, education, health, and workforce development are partnering with community organizations to improve outcomes for justice-involved youth with disabilities as they transition from correctional settings back into their communities.
T3 unites the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI), the Department of Workforce Development – Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), and the Department of Corrections (DOC) to build an integrated, data-driven system of supports that emphasizes education, employment, and community reintegration.
In addition to direct services, T3 invests in innovation & storytelling that amplifies the voices of justice-involved youth and their families and informing statewide and national reform efforts.
