About T3

Transforming to Thrive (T3) is Wisconsin's cross-agency reintegration initiative designed to help young people impacted by the justice system successfully transition back to their communities.

Rather than creating another program, T3 aligns education, workforce, health, corrections, and community partners around a shared goal: ensuring young people have the support, opportunities, and connections they need to thrive.

Through innovative, evidence-based approaches, T3 strengthens pathways to education, employment, community connection, and long-term success. T3 also invests in storytelling and innovation that elevate the voices of youth and families, helping inform systems change across Wisconsin and beyond.

By redesigning how systems work together, T3 is building a more coordinated and responsive network of support that promotes belonging, opportunity, and positive outcomes for young people returning to their communities.
