Core Objectives

Objective 1: Digital Storytelling for Liberation and Reintegration

Shift the Narrative

Challenge stigmatizing narratives by empowering youth and families to tell their own stories through digital media. Center youth as creators, storytellers, and cultural change agents influencing how communities and systems view reintegration, justice, healing, and liberation.

Tell the Story of Implementation

Amplify milestones about the grant’s development and implementation. Highlight collaborative efforts, policy shifts, and community-partnerships. Leverage digital mediums such as our website and newsletters to share insight into documented learnings, system transformers, and evaluation outcomes to support transparency, reflection, and continuous improvement.

Objective 2: App-Based Reentry Toolkit

Evolve Effectiveness Through Youth Input

Co-design and continuously improve a Re-Entry mobile accessible app with input from justice-involved youth to ensure cultural relevance, usability, and effectiveness.

Evaluate Impact For Youth Reintegration

Evaluate the app’s impact on youth engagement, community connection, and transition to competitive integrated employment (CIE).
