State Leadership Team
The T3 Implementation Team is responsible for overseeing and driving key reintegration interventions within a multilevel support system, including comprehensive case management, dyslexia screening and related professional learning, a social media campaign, and the development of a reentry toolkit for justice-involved youth and their caregivers. They work to build and sustain the capacity needed to achieve positive employment outcomes for these youth, while also ensuring that relevant data is effectively communicated across all levels of the project system.
