Values

The T3 values are grounded in curiosity, respect, and compassion. Relationships are approached with a genuine desire to understand, honoring the diverse identities, experiences, and knowledge each person brings. Through empathy and grace, people are assumed to make sense, and responses are rooted in patience, especially during moments of tension or difference. Flexibility and the ability to hold multiple perspectives support shared understanding. Support and collaboration remain central, fostering a culture rooted in care trust, and collective growth.
