T³ is a five-year, cross-agency initiative in Wisconsin. State agencies in corrections, education, health, and workforce development are partnering with community organizations to improve outcomes for justice-involved youth as they transition from correctional settings back into their communities.

T³ unites the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI), the Department of Workforce Development – Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), and the Department of Corrections (DOC) to build an integrated, data-driven system of supports that emphasizes education, employment, and community reintegration.
