How the T3 Organizational Model Works

The T3 Organizational Model is designed to bring together leadership, research, and implementation to improve outcomes for justice-involved youth. The model ensures that strategic priorities are informed by evidence, guided by stakeholder expertise, and translated into coordinated action across the state.

The Research Advisory Board and State Leadership Team provide complementary guidance by contributing research, lived experience, strategic direction, and statewide priorities. The Implementation Team synthesizes this input, coordinates implementation efforts, and supports continuous improvement.

From there, specialized workgroups develop resources, strengthen partnerships, evaluate outcomes, and address key areas of implementation. Together, these teams create a collaborative framework that promotes innovation, accountability, and sustainable systems change.

Through this coordinated approach, T3 helps communities improve reentry supports, expand access to services, and create better opportunities for youth and families across the state.
