Lincoln Hills & Copper Lake Schools
Irma, Wisconsin
Lincoln Hills and Copper Lake are Wisconsin DOC Type 1 secure juvenile correctional facilities located on the same campus. Lincoln Hills serves male youth and Copper Lake serves female youth; the two operate separately.

Milwaukee County Community Reintegration Center (CRC)

The Community Reintegration Center (CRC), formerly the House of Correction, is Milwaukee County's secure adult correctional facility focused on rehabilitation and successful community reintegration. It typically houses adults 18 and older and has a maximum capacity of 1,766 beds.

The Vel R. Phillips Youth & Family Justice Center houses Milwaukee County's youth justice functions. Its detention program serves boys and girls primarily awaiting court action, on sanctions/warrants, or in other court-ordered placements. Historical County materials describe the detention population as ages 10–17 with a 120-bed capacity,
The campus now also includes the Milwaukee County Center for Youth (MCCY), opened in early 2026 as a treatment-focused secure residential facility serving up to 32 youth closer to their families and communities.
