Learning Supports: Targeted Supports

Education is one of the strongest predictors of future opportunity. T3 helps young people stay connected to learning through early identification, educational supports, and coordinated services that strengthen academic success.

Working across education, corrections, and community partners, T3 improves access to screening, interventions, and supports that help youth remain engaged in school, build confidence, and stay on track toward graduation, employment, and long-term success.

A key focus of this work includes improving early identification and support for youth with dyslexia and other learning needs.
